FAQs
DOES IT COST TO HIRE A SPACE PRIVATELY?
Yes. Private hire costs $200, covering the different areas and staffing. This must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
CAN WE RESERVE AN AREA FOR A MAJOR SPORTING EVENT?
Yes. Reserved areas are available for feature sporting events and viewing parties, subject to availability.
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN TO?
We are licensed to 1 am 7 days a week.
CAN WE DECORATE?
Yes. Setup time must be arranged with the Duty Manager. Decorations must use Blu Tack only – no confetti or glitter.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES?
No, except for celebration cakes.
CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Absolutely, please refer to menu for options.
WHAT ARE YOUR LIQUOR LICENSE RESTRICTIONS?
Certain areas within our venue require Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please discuss with our staff. No BYO.
WHAT IS A CASH BAR?
Guests pay for their own drinks.
SECURITY
Security is required for 21st birthdays and for large events (over 50 people), at a cost to the hirer.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable, as we may have turned away other bookings for that date.

BAR TABS
A bar tab can be arranged with a set limit.
Tabs can be reviewed and increased during your event if required.
DEPOSITS & MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS
A 50% deposit of your minimum spend is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid at least 14 business days before your event.
Deposits and minimum spend payments are non-refundable.
No credits or refunds are available if the minimum spend is not reached.
Private hire costs $200, covering the different areas and staffing. This must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
LICENSING
We reserve the right to refuse service to minors, intoxicated persons, or anyone supplying alcohol to them.
We operate a “Challenge 25” policy – please encourage guests to bring valid ID
(NZ Driver Licence, Passport, HANZ 18+ or Kiwi Access card that has not expired).
No BYO. All alcohol must be consumed on the premises.
Our licence runs until 1am, though closing is at the Manager’s discretion in line with host responsibility.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable, though if notice is given more than 14 days before your event, we may be able to reschedule.
DAMAGES
We are not responsible for loss or damage to property during your function.
The organiser is liable for any damage caused by guests.
Property (decorations, cakes, gifts) must be collected at the end of the function or the following day.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
We may host other functions in the same space up to one hour before or after your booking.
Decoration setup can occur in this time or by arrangement.
CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
Final numbers, dietary requirements, bar tab details, and other arrangements must be confirmed at least 7 days prior.
COMPLIANCE
The organiser is responsible for guest behaviour.
Unruly patrons may be removed, and police intervention sought if necessary.
Outside food or drink is not permitted.
Security maybe required for 21st birthdays, engagement parties, and large events (over 50 guests), at a cost to the hirer.
