FAQs
DOES IT COST TO HIRE A SPACE PRIVATELY?
A $200 private-hire fee applies when any area is booked for exclusive use. This fee may be waived at management’s discretion.
CAN WE RESERVE AN AREA FOR A MAJOR SPORTING EVENT?
Yes. Reserved areas are available for feature sporting events and viewing parties, subject to availability.
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN TO?
We are licensed to trade until 1am, seven days a week. Closing time may be earlier at the Manager’s discretion.
CAN WE DECORATE?
Yes. Setup time must be arranged with the Duty Manager. Decorations must use Blu Tack only – no confetti or glitter.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES?
No, except for celebration cakes.
CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Absolutely, please refer to menu for options.
WHAT ARE YOUR LIQUOR LICENSE RESTRICTIONS?
In certain areas of our venue, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please discuss with our staff. No BYO.
WHAT IS A CASH BAR?
Guests pay for their own drinks.
SECURITY
Security is required for 21st birthdays and for large events (over 50 people), at a cost to the hirer.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If more than 7 days’ notice is given, we may be able to reschedule your event.

BAR TABS
A full tab can be arranged with a set limit.
Tabs can be reviewed and increased during your event if required.
MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS
A minimum spend may apply to private bookings.
The agreed minimum spend is the amount to be spent on food and beverages during the event.

LICENSING
We reserve the right to refuse service to minors, intoxicated persons, or anyone supplying alcohol to them.
We operate a “Challenge 25” policy – please encourage guests to bring valid ID (a current passport, current NZ driver licence, valid Hospitality NZ 18+ Card, or valid Kiwi Access Card).
No BYO. All alcohol must be consumed on the premises.

DAMAGES
We are not responsible for loss or damage to property during your function.
The organiser is liable for any damage caused by guests.
Property (decorations, cakes, gifts) must be collected at the end of the function or the following day with managements approval.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
We may host other functions in the same space up to one hour before or after your booking.
Decoration setup can occur in this time or by arrangement.
CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
Final numbers, dietary requirements, full tab details, and other arrangements must be confirmed at least 7 days prior.
Bookings are confirmed only in writing by management.
Management may reasonably change the allocated space, trading hours, security requirements, or event arrangements for operational, licensing, safety, or unforeseen reasons. We will provide notice where practicable.
COMPLIANCE
The organiser is responsible for guest behaviour.
Unruly patrons may be removed, and police intervention sought if necessary.
Outside food or drink is not permitted.
