Good Eastern Taphouse online orders: terms and conditions
Good Eastern Rotorua Limited, 279 Te Ngae Road, Lynmore, Rotorua.
Ordering: Orders are for pick-up only from Good Eastern Taphouse, 279 Te Ngae Road, Lynmore, Rotorua. Choose a pick-up time at checkout; we need at least 3.5 hours' notice, so orders placed after 5pm are for the next day or later.
Payment: Pay online by card when you order. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Pick-up: Please collect at the time you chose and bring your order confirmation. Food is prepared fresh for your pick-up time.
Changes and cancellations: Need to change or cancel? Email marketing@goodeastern.nz or call us at least 2 hours before your pick-up time for a full refund. Orders not collected on the day can't be refunded.
Allergies: Tell us about any allergies in the order notes. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, seafood and other allergens, and we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free.
Availability: Items are subject to availability. If something isn't available we'll contact you and refund that item.
These terms do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
